They sold me a car with no accidents history and showed me a report that had no accidents, but when I took my car to service center for oil change service, they ran the carfax and that showed an accident. When I called Kevin (sales person,) instead of resolving the issue, he just hungup my phone ,, saying do whatever you can do we dont care!

Me and my wife Delorse have purchased over 15 cars in the last 25 years and between the both of us we agree that Ray J was by far and away the best and most respectful salesman we have ever come across. My mindset was that I was going to cancel the order because there was no way could do what he told us he could do, but to our surprise the work that ray had done exceeded our expectations by a mile. He went over and beyond the call of duty. As soon as my wife saw the car her eyes got big and she had one of the biggest a best smiles I have ever seen on her and that means everything to me as a husband!
