I love the service department they’ve always been

I love the service department they’ve always been friendly and on time. Very disappointing and the dealership itself. I bought one car from you when my lease was up, I came back to you. I was not happy with the gentleman who waited on us. I think he said he was the manager. He didn’t have any cars and that’s all I had was kind of rude. I’m on my third BMW I just feel like I’ve been part of the family for a while now and could’ve been a little nicer so I had to go to another car dealership and get the car. I didn’t want to, but I had no choice. Bringing the car to service at Bmw, Delray .again always been Pleased with them

Do not honor service appointments.

Do not honor service appointments. Change oil and brake fluid takes 2hours… unreasonable service and wait time.

From start to finish the Team at Delray BMW is assured me

From start to finish the Team at Delray BMW is assured me that my car was in the best hands. When as a customer you think of the word AWESOME you have to speak about these gentleman. Atte H, Alan, Tomas and everyone in the Parts department are customer service driven and show the upmost respect for the customer. I live in Coconut Creek but purchased my vehicle from Delray BMW. I drive to Delray for all my BMW needs! These people are the heart and soul of the dealership and they should be recognized for it. Thank you again guys and I will see you all in April for my service visit! Blessings to you all- Angel Paschall-Owner of Angel Staffing and a Delray BMW customer for life!

I took my 430i Coupe in for my 1st service at this

I took my 430i Coupe in for my 1st service at this Autonation store, Andy was my service advisor and he made everything incredibly easy! Service was much faster than I expected and they even took care of refinishing all 4 wheels in what I feel was a record time. Not only does my car look fantastic, but they made my visit very comfortable, giving me a ride home so I could work while they worked on my vehicle. I highly recommend this dealership as well as Andy for you service advisor!

Disappointed that tires were not in stock for my

Disappointed that tires were not in stock for my appointment. Had to leave the car overnight and take Lyft back to dealership the next day. I should have been notified!

Great first experience! Definitely will be back.

I went to BMW Delray a couple of days ago to service my car with Andi. He was very knowledgeable of the products, services and pleasant to work with overall. Oil change took only 1.5 hours vs. at another dealership I used to wait for 3-4 hours. Also they washed my car upon returning it to me and it was sparkling, they even moved my yoga mats to vacuum underneath. Makes me want to go back again. Excellent job!
