Brought my car in for a oil change, 2.5 hours later with no one coming to speak to me, I had to go ask. They said they got behind. And that was it. Maybe we will go somewhere else more respectable and courteous! Think twice before going!

I haveI have had an extremely disappointing experience with this dealership. When I purchased my vehicle eight months ago, I also purchased interior, exterior, and mechanical warranty coverage. Unfortunately, the services provided have not matched what was explained during the sale. Multiple times I brought my vehicle in for warranty-related concerns and was given different explanations about what was or was not covered. The interior and exterior protection services I was told to bring the vehicle in for every six months were later described as services they no longer provide. I also experienced issues after service visits, including a broken window and paint damage around the window repair that the dealership refused to take responsibility for. I live nearly two hours away, and I have spent countless hours and significant money on gas making repeated trips back and forth. Despite reporting a strange noise and AC issues multiple times, I was repeatedly told to schedule separate appointments. The final straw was bringing my vehicle in for an AC diagnosis. After being required to sign paperwork agreeing to diagnostic fees, I was later told the warranty would not cover the repair because the wrong refrigerant was allegedly found in the system. We dispute that claim and have receipts for what was used. What upset me most was the way I was treated by the service manager. I felt talked down to, dismissed, and disrespected. I was even told that my husband should have been the one to bring the vehicle in because he had called to help me understand the situation. I was also told they would not process my payment until I contacted my husband, which I found completely inappropriate. After all of this, I still do not have working AC, have spent hundreds of dollars in travel and fees, and have lost confidence in both the dealership and the warranty I purchased. I cannot recommend this dealership based on my experience.

I have had the absolute worst experience with them. I felt talked down to and completely disrespected by them. When I originally bought my car eight months ago everything seemed great. We added on the interior, exterior, and mechanical warranty. The issues started when I had to take it in to get an oil change, and had a stain on the seat. I have kids things happen which is why we added the warranty on. The sales rep and the paperwork both states to bring it in at least every six months. I go to pick my car back up and the exterior looks like they ran it through a car wash and the interior had a shiny film on top of the stain like they just wiped over it with a baby wipe. I was frustrated and went somewhere else to get the stain out. I didn't want to complain too much and they said I needed to be more specific when I bring it in. Next time it needs to go in for an oil change I request the interior and exterior. I also mention that it is making a weird noise. They say that has to be a completely different appointment, they didnt hear anything, and that the inspection was fine. Then I bring up that exterior had a couple dings in it. They told me they just don't do the interior anymore unless it's ripped and the they send it somewhere else. Again im frustrated because that was not how it was explained to me and it is listed in the paperwork at least every six months to re apply it. I go back to get my car and a window is broken. They seem nice offer to fix it and get me a loaner car in the meantime. When I go back to get my car I realize the pain where they changed the window is messed and looks horrible. They said to bring it in again. I go back they run it through a car wash then say it wasnt on them there is no record of anything being done to the paint. They will not fix it. Again so irritated because we have the warranty and it didnt look like that originally. While he is looking at the car he said he heard the noise noticed the AC wasn't working and that I should bring it back in for a different appointment to be serviced that it would be covered under the warranty. The entire process I live almost two hours away. I have put so much gas and time going back and forth. I have the appointment set up get there at 910am I am told that I have to sign a waiver stating it will cost almost 400 to have it diagnosed if it is not covered under the warranty. Im hesitant and frustrated but being told if I don't agree then they won't look at it and it will not be covered or fixed at all. I have to get a ride to the mall because they said it would take four hours to diagnose. At 1pm I get an email that the car is at a stopping point because the wrong freon was detected in the system and it will cost 1114.00 to clear it out and the warranty will not cover it. At this point in stressed and majorly irritated with the entire situation. I call my husband because I don't know what to do. He calls the dealership. He is very clear that we did not put the wrong freon it. I have the bottle and recipts from what was used. We had our neighbor who is a recently retired mechanic put it in for us hoping I wouldn't have to drive back to the dealership again. The dealership insists that we did it. I get a ride back there and things get even worse. I am told that we did it wrong they will not cover and I have to call my husband to get his permission to pay before I can go home. The service manager was so disrespectful and rude to me. I don't need my husbands permission to do anything. I was trying to stay calm and just understand what is going on until that comment was made. At that point I was beyond upset and ready to go home. He told the tech to not take my payment until I had my husband on the phone that he had called too many times and was rude to them. My husband has been at work and when I say that I am not going to call him again about this that I just want to go home he gave me the most sarcastic snarky smile and said he was just on the phone wi

I recently purchased an Outback from Reliable Subaru, and the entire experience was excellent. The staff Cindy—was friendly, knowledgeable, and never made me feel pressured. They took the time to answer all my questions and made the buying process smooth and stress-free. I'm very happy with my Outback and would highly recommend Reliable Subaru to anyone looking for a new vehicle. Great customer service from start to finish!

If I could give Reliable Subaru zero stars, I would. Dealing with this dealership has been an absolute nightmare. I spent nearly three weeks in constant contact with a sales rep named Ace, waiting for a Subaru Outback Limited to arrive. I explicitly told him what I wanted, and he promised me-multiple times -that he would notify me the second it landed so could buy it. Because I trusted his word, I spent three weeks paying out of pocket to Uber to work every single day, just waiting on this car. I called at 10:30 AM today to check in yet again, only to find out it arrived yesterday and wasn't even on the floor yet. I rushed over and was there by noon, only to find out they were letting someone else look at it. Even though these people had put zero money down and filled out zero paperwork, the used car manager, Joey, refused to let me buy the vehicle. He chose to sell the car right out from under me to a walk-in, completely violating the agreement and disregarding the three weeks of loyalty, patience, and constant communication I put in. Ace completely lied to me, and Joey showed that this management team has zero ethics, zero accountability, and treats people like absolute garbage. They do not care about you, your time, or your situation-they only care about a quick buck. Go literally anywhere else in Missouri if you want to be treated with basic human decency. We bought a 2024 Subura Ascent new from this dealership. In May 2026 we noticed a crack in the sunroof glass. The car is still under the complete warranty. Subura refused to fix the sunroof glass. There is information on the internet that Subura has been sued in the past for windshields cracking due to defaulty products. THIS VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE, WHEN THIS IS CAUSED DUE TO FAULTY PRODUCTS.

We understand concerns regarding unexpected vehicle component issues and warranty coverage determinations, especially when customers believe a defect may be involved. Warranty coverage decisions are made based on manufacturer guidelines and inspection findings, and we recognize how important clear explanations are in these situations. Our team appreciates feedback regarding service outcomes and customer experience as we continue working to support customers through the warranty review process. Please reach out to Joey Floyd, our Sales Manager, at [email protected].
As per previous review, we noticed a crack in the sunroof glass. We have not been in a hail storm or heard anything hit the sunroof glass. It is kept in the garage when not being driven. The service people said there was a impact, but we do not see an impact. On the internet there is information that Subura has been in a lawsuit due to defects causing cracks in glass. As the car is still covered by bumper to bumper warranty, this defect should be covered. This is the second Subura we have bought at this dealership and expected better service.
We were very happy with our experience buying a new car. We worked with Kyle Halter on choosing a new vehicle. We told him what we were looking for and helped us find what we wanted. He was very patient with us and answered all our questions and our third visit we purchased a Forster. Finalizing the purchase with Zachary Eberhardt was an easy and efficient process. If we were to buy another car we would work with both of these guys again.

A dangerous tire separation occurred on a busy highway just before Christmas with small children in the car. At only 20,000 miles and roughly half the tire life remaining, Subaru requires that I replace all four tires due to AWD system requirements intended to protect the transmission and center differential. Subaru of America ultimately agreed to cover the vehicle body damage only as a goodwill gesture, not as a safety issue. Despite this, the dealer stated they were not aware the repairs had been approved, and my vehicle has now been held for nearly a month with no clear communication or release. After four new Subarus in a row, this will be my last.
