I was a second time buyer from this dealership. They sold me a jetta that ran like that tank in fury unstoppable! Which gave me the confidence to shop again when i need a vehicle but boy was a wrong! These people sold me a lemon car that was running hot after day 5 of owning it then they tied to foreclose it on my account when they didn’t want to hear the reason why it was running hot. They clear engine codes just to pass state inspection, and to sell you cars! The used manager said im not getting my money back and really tired to foreclose my credit account on a car I had for 5 days when it started to run hot because of an underlying problem they knew about!!!

Well I think I spoke too soon. I had given the dealership a very good review (5 stars). I had purchased a used 2011 Honda Accord from this dealership (Superior Subaru of Houston / 17100 Northwest Fwy). The car being used had several issue which they stated they would fix. One being the sunroof (Did not open). They did fix the sunroof but damaged the headliner in the process. They refused to fix it but advised they can direct me to someone who can fix it (SMH). Meaning, I would have to come out of pocket. I had headliner debris all over my back seats. I understand the car is old (2011) but it was intact when I dropped it off. Now with that being said, they did wash my car from the outside. Be careful with these people. They paint you a pretty picture at first. Not happy at all!

Honestly will never buy a Subaru again due to how much of a hassle it is to replace a lost key. Your pricing on a replacement key and programming is obscene, and your policy on programming third-party hardware is completely unreasonable. Due to your ridiculous hardware price, I purchase a replacement key online and brought it to Superior Subaru to program. The first issue was that you don't cut the key, which really doesn't make sense. The second issue is that you "programmed" the key for $70, although the programming you did only half worked. But this didn't keep you from charging me the full $70. So essentially I paid for a service that you failed to fully render yet you refused to provide a refund, which ultimately amounts to theft. Really disappointed in your dealership, and will not be coming back for service or any other purchases.

I don't mind taking my car in for service. I always choose to wait in their customer lobby. It is comfortable and does not take long. All my questions are answered.
