I will rank the overall service as a 4 however, it didn’t start off well since the customer service personnel stated to me that they may not have the parts for my vehicle. Since I purchased a Chevy truck, the comment made was, “not sure why we are servicing this, we don’t sell Chevy’s.” So my concern for future appointments/service is this what I will go through each time? Do I need to go to a Chevy dealer for service?

Deb in the service department along Sabine in the Warranty are amazing, they never disappoint. The express lanes for oil changes are quick and curteous.
