The entire team at Red Rock Hyundai and especially

The entire team at Red Rock Hyundai and especially Brandon were extremely helpful in helping me secure a lease when I am from Canada. They managed to investigate corporate programs that allowed me to secure a lease without credit, and walked me through any questions I had. I would recommend the dealership.

We had a very pleasant experience with Red Rock Hyundai! Tony and Chad treated us great before and after the transaction. We felt like all of our questions were answered with honesty and found them to be very informative. Vance was great in the finance dept. Overall score = 100 % satisfaction

Pricing changes without notice

Went in and test drove vehicles, showed interest in a vehicle a couple of years older than the original one we were looking at. Once we showed interest we were told that they would get us good deal on said vehicle. Less than 4 hours later they increased the price on the vehicle by nearly $5000. They tried to explain it as an error in pricing, no attempt to even rectify the issue or even work out a deal on a vehicle were willing to pay Cash for. I’ll take my $20,000 elsewhere.

Lost the last day I had with my mother

My car has had so many issues since I bought it brand new in 2021 (Its a 2021 Hyundai Fe Hybrid) Please see the images below. There are also codes that did not register, as well as a recall, and a leaking oil pan that was just fixed under warranty. Imagine how expensive it will be to maintain this car after the warranty expires? Maybe save yourself some money and purchase a different vehicle. Purchase date: June 2021 Date of first check engine light: August 2021 As of 3/28/23: Still not resolved Update 3/28/23- After spending the whole day in the shop, my check engine light came on again 3 days later. I called in and the service department told me they would need to keep my car overnight for a few days and to stay by my phone because they would call me and come pick my car up and drop off a rental. It’s been more than two weeks and nobody has responded to me, or called to inform me what’s happening. I’ve called several times and have even brought it to the attention of the service department manager, Randy. I will continue to update this review as my situation progresses. It has now been more than a month and a half and nobody has called to update me of anything. The loaner car that they gave me has no radio. The worst part about this is I’ve had 50+check engine lights, More than 16 registered codes, 2 recalls and they still have no idea what is wrong. My mother was life flighted to the hospital in Denver on the night of 9/13. I got the call about an hour after my check engine light came on at about 9pm. I could not find a ride and was scared to drive my car 3 1/2 hours in the dark with a check engine light on and bad call service so I had to wait until the next morning. By the time I got to the hospital she was already in surgery and was never able to speak again. She died on 9/15 and I didn’t drive up because I was scared my brand new 40000 car was going to leave me stranded in the dark with no cell service. I will never get that day with her back. We never got to say our goodbyes. This company had every opportunity to fix my car in the year that followed up to this and they chose to let me get up to 55,000 miles before offering to finally keep it overnight.
