Javis is the overall best sales rep I have ever had when

Javis is the overall best sales rep I have ever had when buying a car and I have bought a lot of new cars. He’s very personable very nice well mannered and not pushy like most of you. That’s all we asked And if I buy another car, which I will in three years, I sure hope Jarvis is still there because he will always have my business again. Jarvis excellent service very nice person.

We could not have asked for a better experience with

We could not have asked for a better experience with Austin Wenskunas at Bob Brady Buick GMC in Forsyth, IL. He was open, honest, had excellent customer service skills, and we were confident that he had our best interests in mind. He was also great with communication as we live in Missouri and had to go through this process from a distance. He answered all our questions and everything was as described when we saw the car for the first time and purchased it. We would highly recommend contacting Austin for your next car purchase!!

They are the best!

Although they were quick to respond, I was disappointed

Although they were quick to respond, I was disappointed in the experience. I had an alert to notify when a PT Cruiser Convertible was available within 200 miles of my house. I got the alert from Bob Brady Buick GMC that one was available. I reached out asking if it was still available and the price as it was not listed on the site. They confirmed it was available and they told me the price which was quite a bit higher than BBK listed it. But I wanted specifically this car. I advised that I live 2 hours away and wanted to make sure everything was in order before making the drive. I filled out the credit application for financing, and even had a co-signer. After I completed the application and my credit was hit, they then told me the boss demands cash only for this car because its rare?!? It was disappointing to say the least.
