Can't say enough good things about Bob Brady GMC Buick in

Can't say enough good things about Bob Brady GMC Buick in Forsyth today. Wife has been driving a 2008 Dodge Avenger R/T since 2008 when we bought it new. Still very nice looking with lots of options, but in the last 2 years it had started to suffer minor mechanical issues, like any other 15 year old car would. The last 2 summers the AC barely worked. Needed the heater core replaced, which is behind the dash. Lots of labor time. Would have replaced the car long ago if not for the insane prices of used cars. Finally decided we had to do something. Wife has been eying the 2024 Buick Envista. Small SUV with low-base price tag. Of course you essentially locate your car in-transit to a dealer and put a deposit down, or they're sold before they arrive. Well I did that about a month ago. Car arrived earlier than expected. We took delivery yesterday afternoon, As Wife was driving back to work she noticed some safety features missing that we intended to have (Adaptive cruise control and blind spot mirror alerts). Thought maybe we had the wrong car, but our mistake that they weren't on the window sticker. At first dealer said "you know what happens when you drive a car off the lot". This morning I got a call from the G.M. at Brady Buick. He worked a deal with another Buick dealer to trade cars. Wow!! That is going above and beyond to satisfy the customer. I was already a huge fan of Brady for their service department, but now a whole new level of appreciation!!!

Twice as Nice

Twice as nice the second time around! Second automobile purchase for me from this dealership and I can’t stop telling everyone I know to go and buy from them! Jarvis was salesmen and he was truly a gem! He made sure that I GOT WHAT I WANTED! As well did Maurice the Dealer Manager and Nichole the Finance God! This team seen at its best that not only was my service top tier and of the highest quality but also that I was treated like I matted and as if I was the only on the world who needed a car that day! I will continue to go back for all of my automobile buying needs! Take my word on it…You will NOT be disappointed! That showroom floor shines so bright, the customer service of beyond the best, and the selection and quality of cars that are offered are truly among the best! What at you waiting for? Go buy!

Personalized Service and Friendly Smile

Austin approached my husband and I with a smile and a willingness to understand our car buying needs. His easy going personality was the reason we purchased our new car. While taking my top choice on a test drive, Austin was back at his desk looking over spec sheets to make sure we were getting the right car for our money. He actually ended up finding us a better fit for our family. This was our first purchase at Bob Brady Buick GMC and if Austin is still selling cars when we are back in the market, we will return.

Wonderful experience

I am extremely happy with the purchase of my new car. What sold me? My salesman Austin Wensuskus, Brian Hill, Nicole, the service department, my past experience with Buick ( this is our sixth Buick). Bob Brady’s showroom and space including service department so clean and organized. Wonderful ps love they hand wash the cars!

Best experience I'v ever had buying a new vehicle

shopping for a new vehicle on the web and i came across a 1500 Sierra slt that was in transit. Talked to Heather and she set me up with Gary Price for a check on my trade in on the weekend. Long story short, the truck came in before i got there and Gary met me and did a wonderful job selling me on all the features and options this truck had and gave me a good price on my trade in and made my buying experience the most pleasant I've ever experienced. Gary and his team got me in that truck with no hassles and in record time. I would highly recommend seeing Gary before you make a purchase. I was planning on Buying out of state and he made me forget all about that other dealership.

Awesome sales and service.

Was driving through the lot seen this beautiful GMC Sierra AT4X have always wanted a red truck. Went in was greeted by Heather from service she brought the truck to the building from the front lot. Then she contacted Gary Price who showed me all the options the truck has. They worked with me while waiting for money to clear the bank which took a couple extra days. Gary was very knowledgeable about the truck showed excitement while showing the options it had. Followed up after the sale. Would highly recommend Gary if your looking for a new vehicle.
