I have been using Kelly Chevrolet for sales and service since it was Unger Chevrolet and my experiences on each visit has always been excellant. When I decided to purchase an new truck I went to Kellys and met Terrie Chuck. Terrie proved to extremely knowledgeable and fun to work with. She took care of everything for the sale. I never once got an I don't know for an answer and Terrie worked to get me the best deal possible without ever using a high pressure ploy. It was a fun and enjoyable experience.

Like hundreds of others, I also had a defective fuel...

Like hundreds of others, I also had a defective fuel sender on my 2007 Chevy Trailblazer. I had researched this problem on the Internet and saw prices of $400 to $800 to remove and replace this part. I presented my case to Mr. Borntrager and asked if GM/Chevrolet/Kelly Chevrolet would offer any relief on the cost of the repair. He was aware that this is a common problem and offered my a 50% discount on the bill. Had repair done today. The whole process was completed in a reasonable period of time. Every facet was done very courteously and professionally. Mr. Borntrager was true to his word and I was very pleased when I saw the total charges. After this experience, I decided to have Kelly Chevrolet perform the state safety and emissions inspections. I will also consider them first for any other service or maintenance work in the future.

We have been dealing with Kelly Chevrolet for 24 years. We only buy chevy cars because we wouldn't go anywhere except Kelly Chevrolet for service. the service department has given us fantastic service. Dick Borntrager is the best and so is Shelley and the rest of the service department. Also they have great salespersons. Jeff and Steve Kelly have always been honest with us and very helpful when we were purchasing cars. In 25 years we have bought 10 cars in our family from Kelly Chevrolet.

This is the second new vehicle I have bought from Kelly Chevrolet. I returned to this dealership because the sales and service are great. I have had my cars serviced at Kelly for six years without any hassles.

Kelly Chevrolet is a great dealer! I had been going...

Kelly Chevrolet is a great dealer! I had been going there to get service done on my old chevy cobalt for the past 2 years. Always had a good experience with the service dept. and never had any problems. I recently decided to buy a new Cruze and I went to Kelly Chev. Terrie Chuck was the sales person who helped me with the sale. She was very nice and extremely helpful. She told me about the features of the Cruze and took me on a test drive. It was an extremely pleasant experience working with her and Kelly Chev. They got me a great deal on the cruze and on my trade in. The paper work was not complicated and it took hardly any time at all. I had a great experience and would recommend Kelly Chevrolet to anyone looking to a buy a new car or to get service done on their current car.

Due to my mothers health I needed a vehicle she could get into.Terrie Chuck came to my rescue. Professionalism and ability to make you feel at ease made it so easy to work with Terrie.. Terri is a natural. Kelly Chevrolet is a great place to get the vehicle you need. They are lucky to have Terrie. She has me sold on Kelly Chevrolet and for future needs I know they will be my first choice. I have told my friends about my experience and I know of one when she is ready is going to Kelly and Terrie.

I had my Impala serviced at Kelly Chevrolet for the last seven years, since I moved to the Phoenixville area. The staff have always been incredibly helpful and have gone out of their way to meet my needs and my schedule. It is because of the service I have received from the staff at that dealership that I bought my car [Malibu 2010] from Kelly Chevy last year.
