I had inquired about the 2009 xxx Cadillac beige color and told them I would come up Friday to look at it. They had told me on the phone that they couldn’t do a deposit over the phone but they said they would see me on Friday to come look at it. Well, I get there and they proceed to tell me that it’s been sold. Somebody had put a deposit on it through the mail and not overnight. This lady is in Michigan. They also said someone had come in Thursday, July 2 with Cash to get the same car but they turned them down because I knew I was coming in. But why did they take the offer from the lady from Michigan who sent the check through the regular mail not overnight so technically they don’t have money down from her. How can they hold it if there’s been no money put down. I had been approved with zero down on the Same car. That didn’t sit right with me because it seemed like there was bad communication because they were saying well. Some other guy did that transaction or whatever but I’m just gonna look at something else.

Drove in from another state. Only 5 pictures were posted. Truck was in the back in a corner. There were several issues, some not bad as replacement parts could be purchased. The big issues, not shown in the pictures, are the inside ceiling that has been sliced somehow and glued together which is discolored in too many areas and the way the passenger door bends the front panel in which causes rust as this continues. The car fax said wrecked but the site did not when we set out to look at it. The top of the truck just above the lift gate has two broken latches. You can see one in the pictures but both are broken…the previous owner did not take care of this vehicle. The front bumper has a gash in it. Check the back as well. They must have run into something else as well. A lower price should be marked but they weren’t willing to come down at all. Check it out and weigh the cost of repairs. Miles were lower compared to some others but price will be closer to others out there with less damage. More pictures have been posted since but definitely be careful. The person that came out was attentive and took us on a test drive. They did have other vehicles but take a mechanic with you. We were in town for the day, checked 5 vehicles on three different lots. So glad they didn’t budge. Found one in much better condition and paid less than we tried to negotiate for this one.

Just wanted the cash not really interested whether I was happy after test drive..Would not recommend friends to buy vehicle from them..

Well, after reading all the negative reviews online, the Jaguar XKR they have is out. I wouldn't even think about purchasing it. I hope the Secretary of State gets a good notification about these people. Car Xoom is just as bad.

Do not do business with these people. They will fix a car just enough to get it off the lot. We are now on our 3rd repair with 2 major repairs and one minor repair in 2 months. We returned to dealer and got screamed at and they threatened to call the police on us. They will not make things right and now we are stuck dealing with a car that is not reliable and feel taken advantage of. This dealer needs to be put out of business period.

The WORST experience with a used car dealer in my life. Very dishonest and dismissive of my concerns since receiving the vehicle. Owner’s only response, since problems started, was to get a lawyer involved. Prior to purchase, dealer stated minor issues on the vehicle, mainly cosmetic issues, and no mechanical issues. Long story short, I’ve had the car 3 days and have found out the alignment is completely off, they put on 8 year old tires on a 2018 vehicle, had a major oil leak when it arrived and alternator belts lose that got shredded yesterday while driving to shop. Dealership has been non-responsive through all of this and I’ve racked up a $6k bill of repairs and new tires. Not fun seeing your car on a lift 3 days after getting it. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE CROOKS

I was very interested in purchasing a MB that had a reasonable purchase price for the mileage & year. However after reading all the negative reviews, I have chosen to not follow through with pursuing a purchase of the vehicle. Way too many very negative reviews to not have some validity to risk a vehicle purchase from them at any price.

Honestly, I had a great experience with Nesh Auto sales, they were friendly and had no problem assisting with issues that they did not have to! I appreciate the help and I love my new car... It was quick and easy and straight down to business how most places should be! Thank you guys!

Felt like they were leaving things out of the conversation. Did not get a warm feeling, and after looking at the reviews there is no way I could purchase a vehicle here.

Car lot is behind barb wire and cars are densely packed making it difficult to park, see the cars, and feel safe. I did not drive any cars as this is not a place I would have confidence in.
