My experience at Lander McLardy Ford was probably one of the best experiences I’ve had at a dealership. Gregg Guetzlaff was amazing. He work hard for several days and even came in on his off day to make the deal happen. We went in looking for a used car and came out with a new Ford Explorer xx. Gregg and the finance crew went above and beyond to make the new purchase possible. If you’re looking for a no xx salesman and work hard for you, go see Gregg at the dealership. I will be back for any future purchases.

Adam Cantrell and Gregg Guetzlaff helped us get our Kia Sorento. We drove two and half hours to get to the dealership. Had a pleasant experience dealing with Gregg and Adam. We were satisfied with the purchase. The only downside was that only one key fob was available and no emergency keys were provided with the vehicle. And we did spend quite a bit of slack time while AJ in Finance was busy chatting with his colleague for over 45 minutes before we were served. Except for that, we were satisfied with our purchase and the way we were treated with respect.

Salesman Gregg Guetzlaff can’t remember a conversation we had 2 days ago as we were taking a picture with him. Told us at the last second he didn’t have 2 keys to the vehicle but that he would order us one and call us the next day when he went to his parts department because they were already closed for the day. Welp, never heard from him…called him today and he has forgot this conversation and claims he never offered a 2nd key. There were other things that lacked in the service experience as well…plan on taking your time if you wanna buy here and just knowing there probably won’t be much follow through…

I was not looking to buy on this day. Immediately, Gregg Guetzlaff, approached me on the lot, but not in a pushy way. He said, look around and see if you find what you may be interested in, and he gave me a little time to look. A few minutes later he returned and we began to talk like an old high school buddy that I hadn't seen in years! He asked for details about the perfect vehicle for me and I told him. While he showed me vehicles that matched my needs and what kind of deal it would take to get me in my perfect vehicle, he continued speaking with me like an old friend. From there, the process was quick, but not overwhelming, as he introduced me to others in the dealership, that would accommodate my needs. All were friendly and professional! Greg Guetzlaff did an amazing job and was just like a friend who was more interested in filling my needs rather than being a car salesman!
