The sales process was fine but they lost my confidence when I went back for installation of my running boards. After I spent an hour and 15 minutes, they returned my vehicle- with no running boards. And they didn’t tell me till I asked. This was after I called to confirm receipt of the product and set up an appointment for installation. I’m pretty unhappy right now.

I have never had a bad experience at Bennett Toyota. Between the sales staff, finance, and service department. Always a good experience.

The people are very friendly, though they try to add on services that you have not asked for.
