Very Pleased with Sales staff. Do not remember the manager's name, but the Sales Rep name was Joshua. Both were very professional and went above and beyond to make sure my buying experience was good. The truck, on the other hand did not make it 24 hours without having issues, and the service department is making their first attempt to correct the issue with the transmission and the engine light ( thermostat bad)

Very difficult to get in touch with service. Not attentive or responsive. Took me a couple of days to finally get through to a person. Left numerous messages.

I arrived at 2:30pm for my vehicle inspection and was informed that it would be ready in approximately an hour. After waiting for two hours, I called them back and they informed me that they were busy and unsure if they could inspect my vehicle that day. I expressed my frustration, stating that they should have informed me earlier so I could have taken my vehicle elsewhere.

It was worth the drive from Baltimore for my new car purchase. Everyone was very knowledgeable and helpful. I will recommend them to anyone. Keep up the good work. Thank you.
