They were organized and there was somebody available as someone as I walked in. They were eager to help. While they could not give me a timeframe for when my car would actually get there (I hope it’s soon), they did an amazing job with getting all of the paperwork done. All I have to do is pick it up as soon as it arrives.

Service was fine, staff seemed relatively nice.

Service was fine, staff seemed relatively nice. First time at dealership and was in for an airbag recall. I was surprised that the dealer didn't take the opportunity to look over the truck and recommend any service, thought that was a standard business practice. I even have a check engine light on and there was no mention of it. Seems like a lost opportunity, especially with a first time customer.
