The last time I will come back for service. Purchased my vehicle brand new over a year ago, and every single oil change I’ve ever come in for has taken an average of 2 hours. They say it’s because their online system double-books, but if it’s that big of a problem then it should have been fixed ages ago. I came fifteen minutes early for my appointment and still left over two hours later. This type of wait for an oil change is absolutely unacceptable, regardless of it being Saturday. It is obvious there are very serious scheduling errors and I will be looking at other dealerships for service. This is the last time I will hear the same excuses about scheduling errors. I will actively recommend AGAINST this service shop to my friends and colleagues.

I've been having all my services done here for three years and this was the first time the service wasn't spectacular. They were running behind schedule for the day and should have let their customers know when they came in. I had a 12:30pm appointment for an oil change and they didn't even get my vehicle into the shop until 1:45pm. I didn't get out of the service center until 2:30pm, and that spoiled everything I had planned for the day. If I was told when I got there of the delay, I could have decided to stay or reschedule to satisfy the other plans I had for the day.

Not trustworthy nor care about the customer concerns, lied to my face and the service was not completed correctly, I will not return to this dealer anymore.

Randy Green was very helpful in my purchased of my vehicle from start to finish. He has answered all my questions about vehicle and financing as well. I also want to thank Paul Wayson for his assistance of letting me know that the vehicle was still in inventory. Very professional, helpful, treat there customers well. They go over an beyond for a customer. Though I tried once and couldn't get it, I came back and the car I wanted I got, it was still there.
