Considering how fast the process was I would say they did a pretty good job. Alan was very friendly and professional. The manager was willing to work with us on our trade-in and overall everyone made it feel like a good experience. (We had looked at a different EV vehicle at another dealership where we felt like we were being sold out. Bromin in Manassas was different.) The only criticism I will say is that Alan couldn’t answer some questions about the car, though he did direct us to OnStar for some of the answers so overall things came together. The finance department helped us to quickly get through the paperwork so in a few hours we were out with our new car. I would recommend Alan and Bromin to others to buy a car.

Our experience was great although it was a LONG process. I liked that Alan and Jonathan were patient and worked with us and gave us options, ultimately, allowing us to make the decisions on how to proceed. I didn't catch the managers name, but he was good too. While our payment was above what we intended - we felt they worked with us very well to get as close to where we needed to be.
