Great service but I’m still waiting for carfax that they promised. Ben told me he emailed it to me but I received nothing. He said he will send it by mail. I’m still waiting!

Went in for recall work and was asked by Blaine if I'd like a free inspection and I said yes. They brought me the report which showed that I needed brakes, which I was aware of already. He offered me this service and since I don't want to do it myself I agreed, I didn't have to wait all day, there was a sweet little coffee machine and some snacks available. Satisfied with the job they did and they even washed my car, so I left satisfied. Felt respected by Blaine, and he was not pushy, which I hate. Will go there again in the future.
