Truly disappointed with this dealership service, their technicians are going to cost them more service in the future. I went for simple services and nothing was handled at all, truly just upset that this dealership can continue to have these technicians that can’t even install a panel back to the vehicle

I test drove with the dealership, but I actually finalized my financing from my couch at home on another style I had shipped to the dealership. Seamless process. My pick up and finalizing process was stress free. I am very pleased.

This is my third car purchased from CarMax, and a horrible experience. It's not worth going into. I emailed one of the VPs, who sent me to customer care. They scheduled a call to say they will use my experience as a case study. No apology for delivering the wrong car, not calling me back, slow service, and unresponsive staff. Nothing. CarMax was once the best in class for customer service. Today, they have a broken culture that no longer focuses on customer satisfaction. The good news is that there are multiple other places to shop for a car today.
