Love my new car.

Customer Satisfaction

Bruce awesome!!! Micheal was great!!! Marcus was one of a kind and all about convenience and sealed the deal!!! Last but not least Ashley was absolutely BEAUTIMOUS!! I would absolutely come back!!!

Failure to Pay Off Trade-in

Though my experience with the salesperson was pleasant enough, the rest was horrible enough to taint my overall opinion. I purchased a new car and had a trade-in. This dealer has failed to pay off the balance on the trade-in(Of course, it was part of the contract for the dealer to pay the balance). I refuse to make a payment for a car I traded in, but I am "behind" on my payment now. The dealership has refused to assist and wont answer/return calls.

Oh the Games They Play

The ONLY honorable and individuals with integrity are the ones in Finance. The sales people as well as sales managers play a million games. Promise you things but don't want to put it in writing. Finance had to force my salesperson to negate the charismatic smoke and mirrors and place the things promised on the we owe. Just don't take their word for anything! Love my car. Hated the experience. Oh-and they sell cars that they aren't able to demo features on. And they're proud of that too! I wrote the owner and have yet to receive a response. I did, however, get a promise from the sales manager which resulted in a $5 gift card from my sales person for my trouble. What a joke. I'm afraid to even take my car back out there for things because I know they're salty from me speaking out against them and forcing them to do what they are supposed to do! Shame! Just beware.

over charges for services and very unprofessional

I brought my truck there for a diagnostic test with hopes of having my truck serviced. I have quite a bit of knowledge when it comes to servicing cars so when i was quoted an amount 3500.00 dollars to fix my truck I knew that was an outrageous amount. The service guy consistently told me I wouldn't be able to get my truck serviced for cheaper which I knew was incorrect. Well, when I told him I would be only paying for the diagnostic test and taking the truck to get serviced somewhere else. The service guy presented me with a bill for 450.00 for the diagnostic test which is normally 150-200 max. He said he'd added oil to the truck and as a result the bill increased. I'm no genius but adding oil shouldn't raise the bill by 200 dollars. Furthermore, I never gave them permission to add oil to my truck. I only dropped the truck off for a diagnostic test. So, why would they be trying to charge me for anything else??Also, when I questioned the service tech about this matter, he said he would get back to me and left the dealership. I ended up having to speak to a manager who eventually lowered the bill by 100.00 which 300.00 is still a lot to pay for a diagnostic test. Finally, I left and took my Truck to Carl black Chevrolet in Kennesaw, they serviced my truck for 650.00. Ivory Chevrolet wanted to charge me 3500.00 for the same work..talk about ripping people off...do not take your vehicles to this place. The service people are very unprofessional and dishonest.

Ivory Chevrolet

I went in to the dealer ship on Feb 1.2016 and my sales person was a man by the name of Cruz . he was absolutely amazing I went in my brother and and I walked off the lot with a 2015 Chevy sonic . I was so surprised because I never owned a car and Cruz made my day I love my new car . everyone there was people friendly and they made me feel like I was at home . they greeted from the time I stepped out my car until the time I life.I most definitely will refer a friend or family member . Thank you Cruz and thank you ivory Chevrolet of union city I will be back to purchase another vehicle

Raashad is very Helpful

I try to patronage Ivory Chevrolet a lot just to get the service I need for my vehicle. On Friday, November 20, 2015 I went in the service department to inquire about an oil change. I was approached by Raashad who informed me that I did not need an oil change and he explained why. Now this is a big deal to me because I had just came from Precision Tune who informed me that yes I needed my oil change without even stepping foot in my vehicle. Raashad informed me that I had about 68% oil life and to bring my vehicle back around 25% or when my car's oil light appears. I honestly thought that when you have driven the actual miles on the sticker companies put in the upper left corner of the window, its time for an oil change. I want to again thank Raashad for going over and beyond with excellent customer service values and just taking the time to help me not spend unnecessary money.

Ms. Denise is Awesome!

My car was towed to the service department on December 7, 2015. The wait time was very long and I had to leave my car overnight. I spoke with the Service Manager Andre, who was very nice and cordial by the way, reassured me that everything would be taken care of and also put me and my vehicle in the care of Ms. Denise. Ms. Denise advised me on all of the recommendations that my vehicle needed in the terminology that I could understand. She also told me that she would call me on updates on my vehicle whenever available. On December 8, 2015, I received my car back that morning would like to thank the Ms. Denise for her hard work and just going the extra mile to deliver excellent customer service.
