I have been to Ivory Chevrolet on many occasions and have only left once with terrible service. That was my first time visiting but as I went back the service kept getting better. Fred is the best man for any job and will make sure you leave happy! He always makes sure I am taken care of, I appreciate him a lot.

Ran my credit without my permission....
I came in with my check in hand and he explained he would not run my credit. Tim later ran my credit and tried to use the Patriot Terrorism excuse. My credit union took the time and explained why they did this and its only to benefit them while shopping a loan that's not needed. Please be cautious when purchasing cars from this dealership. Tim it was wrong and extremely dishonest.

Shawnn Lewis Simply the best
I am writing this review on Mr Shawnn Lewis because this is the second vehicle I have purchased from him....my first encounter with Shawnn was Apr '14 and I was looking for a salesman that wasn't going to waste my time trying to convince me of what he wanted to put me in. His professionalism was above what I expected, which is what made me return Oct '17 to purchase another vehicle from him for my wife. I told him what time I could arrive and he went beyond the call of duty to help me find the perfect SUV for my wife. He has a customer for life in me and I will definitely try to send him as much business as I can.

Excellent customer service
Terry the Service Advisor was simply excellent! Quick in and out and services performed was perfect. Terry texted me by my request to let me know that my car was done. I was traveling on business and had luggage in the car and everything was undisturbed.

Excellent experience!
I first dealt with Bruce over the phone and e-mail about a used Infiniti I found online. He responded quickly to my questions and gave me information. He wasn't able to be there the day I drove to the dealership to test drive. Thankfully, he asked Tim to help me and the whole transaction was quick and easy! Tim answered all of questions and concerns. Even after the sale he has responded to my phone calls and texts very promptly. Thanks for a great experience Bruce and Tim!! I love my new car!
