Service of 2020 Subaru
Took vehicle in for service and recall on radio. Service on radio took longer than expected but maint super kept us completely informed as to what was happening. It was no problem for us to be there a bit longer than expected as we all know these things happen. There were no other problems.

We have been pleased up to a point. However, in order to get the color and model I preferred, there were features I wouldn?t have chosen , if they were not part of the car already. The driver distance was an added feature and it doesn?t meet my expectations. We have been back 2 times to see why it doesn?t seem to be working. The service department has called about it and we were told by the manager that it is okay. However one of the mechanics said he h the same feature and ours was not responding like his. They have disconnected it for now and we are to go back. However, it?s a 130 round trip and do we are waiting until we have other reasons to go. I really am disappointed that a feature that cost extra, does not seem to be working!
