Logan was our salesman and he was spectacular! He took the time to research and compare a truck we were considering at a different dealership with one he had on their lot. (We obviously went with the one at Bethlehem Ford!) Rich in financing was so accommodating and helpful in getting us financed and really went over and beyond! We dealt with Rob Boring at the dealership. After finding our Bronco online, we contacted the dealership. Rob sent us a personalized video of the car and we knew we wanted it. We live nearly 4 hours away so there were many emails and texts. The Bronco needed some servicing. Rob was upfront with that and kept us informed of the progress. Once it was ready, we drove up to get it and meet Rob in person. Everyone at the dealership was friendly and helpful. The Bronco was super clean. We had a great experience.
