I hoped that dealing with a national brand used car dealer would be different than dealing with the skeezy small used car lots. Alas, it is not so. Carmax is just another skeezy dealer. They sold me a truck with a generic key that will not operate some features. I called and asked them if they could remedy the situation and they said no. Then my mechanic found a sheared off front axle bolt that was obviously not repaired. All in all not really better than any cut rate used car lot. Disappointed!
