We had a problem with the engine or our rental car on the way back from Canada to Brooklyn, NY. The staff at the dealership was super nice and understanding!!! They were willing to check out the car and push us in as an emergency right away! When it turned out that our engine needed extensive repairs and we wouldn't be able to resume our trip with our car the staff was extremely courteous and helpful!!! They even allowed us to stay in their lounge past closing time to wait for our ride to come!

The worst dealership ever. Took 2014 Chevy Spark to get air fixed. Check engine light was on so they said needed to check engine. It was a two or three day job. The car never moved for two weeks. It took two months to get back and the air they " fixed " lasted to outings.

Called to speak to your service advisor with a question on January 7th about thewheel alignment done of January 5th and was told he was not available and would call me back. Today, January 13th, I still have not heard from him. I'm not too happy!

The service adviser was attentive to my concerns with my 2004 Impala after we found out it had basically lived it's life and put me in touch with your salesman Ian. Ian listened to what we needed and didn't try to sell us something outside what we wanted. James really put the final touch on everything with listening and understanding my concerns with the extended warranty. I felt like they wanted me to return for more cars, not just sell me something and send me on my way. I'll be looking for my new ZL1 Camaro there in three years when my 2012 Silverado is paid off. Remember Ian, bright blue with black rims.

I purchased my used car at dealership. Timing belt was due to be replaced. My boyfriend of 27 yrs calls to get a quota - $670. When time for me to set up appt 2 wks later knowing I had time - I called to set up appt and get quota - was told since car was an automatic - an additional $250 more would be added to quota. Guess that was the "girl" rate. Boyfriend went in personally - matter was resolved.
