The salesman we scheduled an appointment with was very unprofessional and not very thoughtful. We scheduled a time to test drive a Mazda CX-5 touring because it was the perfect car with everything we have been looking for and I was going to purchase it. We drove an hour and a half to see this car and right before we got there, we were Informed it was being sold. We then went in to talk to Joseph and he said it sold and didn’t apologize for anything. Instead, he could have either told the current buyer that there is someone else in line before them and then joe could have contacted them after my scheduled appointment and let them know what happened. Either way he was going to get his sale. He then said that he has a white sport and we said we are Interested in looking at the touring and he said “well it is being bought.” The car that we drove to see was being purchased right when we got there. We were going to ask if he has another touring but based on his response there was no others since he said that the touring sold. So we left very frustrated and disappointed. We are going to another Mazda dealership to purchase this car because they are professional and they care about their customers and selling to those first in line and those who actually made an appointment to purchase a vehicle

Service I received from Michael is very precise and he gave me the in-depth detail for the car that we went to see and he didn’t hide anything for the car and get us going in minimum time
