Car buying made simple!
I just purchased a Subaru Crosstrek Hybrid from David Cardwell at Shortline Subaru. David was wonderful and I love my new car! I was a little indecisive and David patiently explained each option and was cognizant of my budget. Once I purchased the car, David spent the time to walk me through all the features. He even synced my phone and helped me enter our home address into the navigation system. I felt I had David's undivided attention, and he wasn't trying to rush me through the process or pressure me to make a decision.

My new Imprezza car experience
The reason I came back to Shortline Subaru was because of Tom Pluemer. He sold my daughter her car 1 year ago and I was impressed then. He is professional, respectful, efficient and very knowledgeable. I would recommend Shortline and mostly Tom Pluemer to anybody. Shortline is lucky to have him!

Greg Kraft is an awesome Salesman!
I came in on a saturday to inquire about a used subaru outback that we had seen online. Greg Kraft was eager and willing to help us through the mayhem and traffic that the store was realizing. After realizing a few issues with the car Greg did anything and everything to try to remedy the situation. While remaining in touch Greg came across an off lease car that had just come in and without hesitation recognized that it would be a perfect match for me. He made the pricing, details and purchase of the car seamless and enjoyable, as this is a great car and an exciting time. Greg was the best and would highly recommend him in the future.

Adam Ferry is so great that he should be cloned!
I purchased my very first Subaru, a 2013 Forester in January 2013. I am very happy with my purchase, but it almost didn't happen. I came to the Shortline dealership with someone else who was looking for a new vehicle. I always wanted a Subaru Outback, so I came along for the ride just to see what they looked liked on the inside. Adam Ferry, our salesman, was happy to help us out. The person I came to the dealership decided he was not interested in a Surbaru - too bad for him. I still had my heart set on an Outback, even though I was not really in the market to purchase a vehicle. Well, I sat in a 2012 Outback and was slightly disappointed. I am not knocking the Outback at all. I just felt like it was too much vehicle for me. I am a short woman and the Outback did not quite fit me. I did not anticipate such a fancy dash board, the paddle shifters, and such. It just wasn't the vehicle for me. I was ready to walk out of the dealership, remember, I wasn't trying to purchase a vehicle. I looked at a few other vehicles just out of curiosity. Well, Adam suggested that I try a 2013 Subaru Forester. I was slightly skeptical, but I did it anyway. We went for a test drive and I was really impressed. It has a smooth ride and I really liked the visibility. It sits a little higher off of the road than the Outback. The seats are comfortable. I could go on and one. Bottom line - I LOVE the Forester. I am so grateful that Adam was my salesman. He was very helpful, kind, patient, knowledgeable, thorough, easy to get along with, and he did not pressure me into purchasing a vehicle at all. Adam was pretty laid back with me and he allowed me to make decisions for myself. He was encouraging and supportive. He answered all of my questions, even after I left the dealership to ponder purchasing a Forester. I had a weekend to think about it and I decided, yes, I wanted the Forester. Adam is wonderful and the type of salesman that should be cloned. I am not sure I would have bought a Forester that day or at all. It has been almost two years since I bought my Forester. It made such an impact on me that I had to write another review. It is one of the best purchases I have made in a long time. Every time I get into my Forester I have a smile on my face. It makes me happy. So, THANK YOU ADAM! I am an extremely happy Subaru owner and I owe it to you!

New Impreza

Great Buying Experience!

Friendly, Accomidating shopping experience
Mo was our primary salesperson, but other staff stepped in when he was unavailable. Everyone was fantastic, but if you have a chance, go straight to Mo. His professionalism even impressed my wife.

Forester
I was in the market for a new Forester, I was contacted by Marcus Moore. He was very polite, the facility was very clean and stress free.
