I was ready to trade in my 2012 outback and buy a 2014. I knew what I wanted and Mo made it happen painlessly!

My old car blew its transmission so I was in the market for something relatively quickly. I've always been a fan of Subarus and I live in Aurora so I stopped in to Shortline on a whim just to test drive and check them out. Chris Carrera worked with me for three hours just test driving different cars, discussing financing options, and giving me a ton of information (including a great financing deal). The options were good enough I returned the next day and purchased my 2014 Subaru Crosstrek. I was expecting a full day of sitting and waiting for the financing to go through but the process was relatively quick and easy and both Chris and Tilo were extremely friendly and easy to work with. If you want a reliable car like a Subaru, and want a reasonable price from professional, motivated staff who know their products, I'd definitely recommend Shortline.

Trevor was a fantastic sales person to work with. Very patient, knowledgeable, and friendly. We test drove several vehicles and looked at even more on the lot -- he was able to answer all my questions and was very willing to move at the speed I was comfortable with making the purchase. Highly recommend -- I'll definitely be back in a few years for my next Subaru!
