Tyler Crenshaw was the associate at Schomp Subaru who assisted me in the purchase of my vehicle. He was extremely professional, helpful, and attentive from the moment I first expressed interest in purchasing my vehicle, and straight through the whole process of completing the purchase. I highly recommend working with him. It was a very smooth process and Tyler was always quick to respond to my questions and respectful of my choices during the purchase. When I was faced with the sudden need of a new vehicle, the thought of buying a car was feeling a little intimidating and stressful, but those concerns quickly vanished after speaking with Tyler and I felt very confident in moving forward with the purchase. I worked with Sierra Madina she was absolutely amazing! She worked well her coworkers! She went over and above to make my experience fabulous. And I didn’t spend an entire day buying a new car. When leaving I understood the basics of my new car. Keep in mind that I have not bought a new car in twelve years. So I was amazed by all of it. Sierra followed up on everything that needed to be resolved. She made sure that everything was perfect and she demonstrated teamwork and patience throughout the entire process. For the first time in my life I enjoyed the car buying process!

Trying to sell cars with multiple accidents for thousands over book value is utterly astonishing. They are 1000% scamming people and highly dishonest.

Eric was a great salesperson to work with. After talking in the phone and telling him the car we were interested in, he made sure to keep us updated on its status. When we arrived he had an equivalent vehicle ready for us to test drive and the entire process was stress free and smooth from beginning to end.
