Great place, Talk to Aston!
I just purchased a car from here tonight and was helped by Aston and could not have asked for a better experience. My credit isn't great but he didn't give up until he got me the car I wanted. He's a master at working numbers and connects with you as a person, non of that pushy crap. He got everything lower than I ever expected. I highly recommend going there and make sure to talk to him!

Set an appointment for a test drive. Showed up next day at designated time and was told the car sold last night. Didn’t receive a phone call to notify me about it despite being told he will call me if it is not available anymore. Typical bate and lure into buying another car. Avoid doing business with JOHNATHAN ALCANTAR. Didn’t even approach me to apologize for the inconvenience.

Amazing service
I first of want to thank my salesman Gabriel, in my time of need he made a deal happen ASAP. I desperately needed a car as a drunk driver had destroyed mine.. I didn’t know what I was looking for but he helped me narrow it down. I walked away with a Lexus IS300 Fsport in an amazing condition. I can go on and on about my experience here but I definitely will recommend all my friends and family.

I had an absolutely wonderful experience here! The employees were exceedingly nice, they were very willing to help me find the information I was looking for, and it really all just fell into place. Also the bathrooms were really clean!! Gotta recommend.

Buyer beware
Worst used car dealer ever! Hidden fees. Said that “optional” items HAD to be purchased... which is not optional and illegal. They are taking advantage of unsuspecting people. Not until I said I was calling a lawyer friend did they take off the optional charges but added more in documentation fees and say that price is non negotiable. On top of that the car had front end damage not disclosed. I had to replace the bumper within 2 months because it literally fell off the car. I wish they’d shut this joke of a dealership down

Worst customer service
Walked around the lot and looked at most of the cars and asked for some assistance. I was ignored, sales person on the phone. Waited another 30 mins and got the same result with a rude response. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!

Please don’t make the mistake I did
Please please do not make the same mistake I did. Before going to Corona Motors Direct I noticed some of the bad reviews but as I was desperate for a vehicle after having my car totaled after someone hit my car I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt. Boy I made a big mistake. When I went to the dealership I asked the guy who helped me out questions about the car and it seemed he didn’t know anything about it. They also told me the report said “frame damage” on the car because it was most likely upgraded or fixed up. (Which was not true at all). I took the car to ford to inspect it after I purchased it and they told me that the car had SO MUCH DAMAGE that it seemed like it had been in an accident. Now I’m stuck driving a car I’ve had for less that a year that has sooo many mechanical problems. It’s going to cost me soo much money to repair it and I haven’t even had this car for 8 months yet. I can’t believe these people would feel comfortable selling cars like this to people. Just last week I was told that the car was having break issues which is NOT SAFE at all. I’ve driven a Ford before and never had as many issues with my previous car compared to this one. To top it off I’m stuck paying the loan for this damaged car. Please do yourself the favor of actually going to a reputable dealership, like other reviewers mentioned, these guys give small dealerships a bad rep. I will not be recommending this dealership to ANYONE.
