Tried to buy a vehicle from them this past week. We agreed upon a price and there were minor items that needed to fixed. Before I agreed, I made sure with the salesman that all those items will be repaired. He said “Yes” they will be taken care of. I started calling my bank to finalize the financing and the salesman informed me that the repair to the radio, if it was to expensive they will not be able to do the deal. That was one of the items I wanted repaired and they agreed. But all of a sudden they had a change of heart. I advised them that I was not going to complete the financing until I know if the radio was going to be fixed. The manager who never introduced himself and who cared about being on his cell phone than speaking with the customer, said the deal is off until they find out. They were supposed to call me back on Friday but no call. I called them on Friday to ask if they found out and they never to took the vehicle to be looked at. He said they are taking it on Saturday and they would call me that afternoon but of course no call. If you plan on shopping there, have your guard up.
