Took too long to take possession of car because of broken

Took too long to take possession of car because of broken piece of plastic. Also I had to chase down status instead of Sales/Service being proactive

Excellent Service - friendly and knowledgeable service

Excellent Service - friendly and knowledgeable service people. Everyone helps the customer - from the time I pulled into the bay to checkout. Even though I was assigned to a service rep (Peter Scheibe), when I returned to pick up my car, he was working with another customer and someone else came over to help me immediately (I forget her name but she did the check out and walked me to my car). I was kept informed of the service throughout the entire process. I also used the $50 coupon for the service.
