Darian was polite, professional and made the process of picking up my new fleet vehicle quick and effortless. He helped me transfer my belongings from one car to the next and was patient with me setting up my phone and going over all the details of my new Subaru! I have had 7 or 8 fleet vehicle deliveries over the years and have always never looked forward to the process of getting a new car due to the time and hassles associated with it. This time, opposite experience - what a delight!!!

I brought my Outback in for a nonfunctional Eyesight system near the end of day. Within 15 minutes Tim had me in a free loaner so that the team could have ample time to track down and fix the issue. I was provided very detailed feedback from their inspection with recommendations via text messages which I found very helpful and informative. I picked up my car the next day after work without any issues or unpleasant surprises. Tim and the team made me feel welcome and appreciated from the very start and I am so happy to have found them! Going back in a few thousand for an oil change and tow hitch…

Tiffany was very helpful during my encore visit with helping me understand the features in my car. Tyler Odom, sales manager was very accommodating and helpful. It was a very stress-free experience. I brought my car in recently for a recall check, Done quickly.
