Every time I go there for an oil change and tire rotation I have to remind them I get a free tire rotation. Also, every time they try to charge full price for an oil change even though there is a discounted price listed on their web site. I should not have to tell them that the web site has a low price listed. Both, should be automatic.

Hello and thank you for the review and feedback. We apologize for any inconvenience with the oil change and tire rotations. Our system does not alert us as to you receiving free tire rotations, however the Service Manager has now made a note in your file so hopefully this is not a hassle moving forward. As to the oil change pricing we charge standard pricing unless someone brings in or mentions the special. We advertise a lower price with our advertising so this helps us track where customers are seeing the ads so we can better spend our ad dollars. We appreciate your feedback and understanding.
