Always pleased with your service. I especially know I’m in good hands with Jen. Even though I’m in Manchester, I’ll definitely be back to you for my next car. Largely due to her excellent service.

Came in for an oil change and upon inspection found front brakes badly in need of replacing. Front brakes were supposed to be done on last visit 6 months ago but they did the rear instead which had just been done 6 months previously at different location. Correct Brake job done at no charge but they were unwilling to provide lifetime warranty that is offered. Came in 3 days later for front control arm bushings repair and service person did not know what I was there for (thought just an alignment) then was confusing front and back when I told him what needed to be done. When I booked the appointment I did it by phone and was very specific about what work needed to be done. It seems the computer system they are using to record services done and needed is poor. Not user friendly apparently. While service staff were friendly I am very unhappy that an incorrect brake job was performed. The mechanic should have recognized a newer brake job not in need of replacing. I am also unhappy with the poor communication and recording of work that was done and what is needed.

Shea was great to work with. He was very thoughtful and helpful. I was a little troubled that the internet people set up an appointment for me to see a specific car I was interested in, but never told me that they didn't yet have the car at the dealership.

I knew what I wanted when I entered the showroom, and Darian located the car I wanted, answered my questions, and made the actual purchase easy. While I thought I might want to at least test drive another model, Darian was accommodating but did not attempt to push me towards the more expensive model. It was an process and I will recommend Granite Subaru to any one looking to purchase a Subaru.

I was not happy about my Matt’s being so wet ??wet Matt’s start mold and I take care of my car And the windshield was not cleaned?? And wasn’t expecting it to cost so much but it was fine it was nice to see my sales person she’s great !!!
