Hypatia was great, the car was exactly (as far as I can tell) as advertised on Cars.com, the free Carfax analysis was very helpful for projecting reliability and assessing price to value, and ensuring maintenance was kept up. Definitely consider returning for future purchases! Glad to recommend them to others.

Unfortunately, they sell cars with major issues and somehow get them through the inspection process. Do not trust them.

Although they were not willing to entertain our offer on the car that we were interested in, their response was prompt and courteous.

The Dealer representative sold the car to another preferred buyer, after knowing that I wanted to buy it and me requesting the information to make the purchase.

Would post zero stars if I could. Buyers beware. Sold me a lemon of a car that was overpriced and seriously unsafe. I have spent almost $5000 in repairs on it this year on top of brand new tires ($1000) and a brand new battery. The entire bottom of my car was rusted out and the mechanic told me I'm lucky the wheels didn't snap off the axis when I was driving. Con artist. Seemed super nice to work with at first and then went unresponsive when I needed help changing where my license plates were going to. Seems like every review is fake or they haven't realized yet how much money they're going to dump into their terribly unreliable cars.
