We purchased a Mercedes GLA from Autodot this week. As always, Oz handled our purchase with openness, honesty, and great customer service. This is our third purchase in six years and we will be back for a fourth in the future.

Overall the experience was positive. However, even though I an appointment, I had to wait nearly a half hour for them to put gas in it to test drive. I bought the car, a 2015 red convertible beetle!

My experience was wonderful. I went in I was having difficulty walking and one of the employees helped me up the steps. He introduced me to Hypiatia. She was so nice , polite and friendly. I test drive several SUV’s . There was pressure to purchase. No emails, text or phone calls to overwhelm me. I found one I liked told her I’d be back the next day. That night I did my application on line . The next day I received a message telling me I was approved. I called spoke to Hypiatia told her I’d be there as soon as I could . No one called asking when I was coming she patiently waited on me. When I arrived we had a very nice conversation. Singing the paperwork was fast and easy. I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a good vehicle was very reasonable pricing.

I purchased a Volvo XC90 this past weekend from Auto Dot. My sales rep was Hypatia Hammond---- SHE WAS EXCELLENT!!! She did not try to convince to put more down, discussed my trade and had a great conversation with me and made me feel that I was in great hands!! My trade in was somewhat complicated and she still worked with me!! I absolutely loved the service and straight-forwardness of our encounter. Definitely will remain a customer!!!
