I had been looking for a used Volvo S60 FOREVER. I found it and called Auction Trades. Tony told me everything he knew about the car and what he had done to fix it. Very straight-forward about the condition. of the car. I drove over and Dore greeted me. We did a test drive. A little hesitation, looked at the code, and Dore said they would replace the battery, which they did. The experience was wonderful. They even drove it to my house for me (for a small fee).

I'd been looking for a special vehicle for quite some time. Finally one appeared for sale at Auction Trades. After quickly getting a CARFAX report, I sent an email inquiry and unlike so many other dealers I got an almost immediate response encouraging me to call them. I did call and talked with Tony who answered my questions, the biggest of them being would they consider delivering it to me for an additional fee. He agreed for a very reasonable amount and turned me over to Dore to work out the payment. She made on-line payment happen as well as the other things that normally happen in an office. Two days later my dream car pulled in to my driveway 80 some miles from their dealership. The had all the paperwork ready for signing and gave me a fast overview of the vehicle. This was no ordinary car rather, it was a low mileage one owner Mercedes SLK offered at a price under book value that they could have easly solld several times over. If you are looking for a high quality used car with a no hassle buying experience look no further.

Tony and Doree were so easy to work with. My husband and I were looking for a used car with a manual transmission for our teenage daughters to drive. We found a used Mini Cooper on their lot. Our concern was that my daughter’s cello (which we did not bring with us) would not fit in the car. Tony did everything to see if the cello would fit including putting himself in the trunk of the car! We went home, got the cello, brought it back, it fit perfectly, and we bought the car. Tony and Doree were honest, the price was fair, the transaction was easy. It was a pleasure doing business with them. I would recommend them to my friends.

Wow! This was actually an ENJOYABLE car-buying experience! Saw a vehicle advertised that I wanted at a very reasonable price. Called and talked to Tony who assured me it would be held for me, as I was driving in from Cullman, AL. (1.5 hrs away.) Everything was as promised and I was met with and treated with utmost respect and professionalism by him and his wife the entire time. No surprises, no angst, no regrets! Bought the truck, drove it home with no issues noted, and am totally satisfied with the entire process. Even better than dealing with FAMILY! This is the second car we have purchased from Auction Trades. Let me say what a pleasure it was working with the staff at Auction Trades. They went above and beyond to work with me on finding the right car, and more importantly the right purchase options. They even let me put down a down payment with no purchase date known, just that I wanted the car. What impressed me most was other potential buyers asked about the car I wanted, and instead of selling it out from under me, they said it was sold. I will definetly buy from them again in the future!
