Buying a car is fairly easy, but then you have to deal
Buying a car is fairly easy, but then you have to deal with the service department for as long as you have the car. Stevenson Hendrick of Jacksonville, NC is really outstanding! When I arrived for service, the cars were backed up waiting to be checked in. I witnessed every Service Advisor come out of their office and take a car so the customer didn't have to wait. The service area was exceptionally clean. Even though I didn't purchase my car from this dealership, I was treated like I was a VIP. Derrick Black was my advisor and he talked to me like a friend I had known for years. I love this place and highly recommend their services.
