Paul was so patient with us

We had went in after losing our other car to a car accident just to window shop. We were greeted by Paul and he was so helpful. He answer our question didn't pressure us to buy that day. We looked at both of their new and used inventory since we didn't know which we were going to settle on. Came back in a month once we were ready to make the big purchase. Paul was again helpful and got us in and out in 3 hours.

Geoff was excellent, cleaners were not so detailed

Geoff was great to work with through the entire process. He let me check out the cars I was interested in and had great knowledge of the vehicles. Best of all he did not pressure me to buy anything or push me in a specific direction. He let my husband and I have the freedom to walk the lot and check out what we liked, but was still nearby to help answer questions. The only issue we had was the car was not cleaned extremely well at the end. It was used, so when they went to detail it, it was still a bit dirty on the outside and had wax residue on a few doors and the front window. Inside we found the old owners glasses and some trash stuck between the seats. The buying process was excellent though.

As far as the car buying experience itself, it was a

As far as the car buying experience itself, it was a great experience. My problem is with the service. Every time I try to get my car in to be serviced it takes a month or month and a half to get it in the shop. Now the navigation system Isn’t working as well as most of the blue link and they told me that I need a new radio I had it in there on December 28 and they were suppose to order a radio and I called to find out why it’s taken so long today and no radio was ever ordered Just not a good experience with the service department at all. The service advisors name is Seth and I’ve called him numerous times to see what’s going on and he’s never in the office or he just doesn’t return my phone calls when I leave a message as I said just now had a good experience with the service department.

I really liked how welcoming the staff was. From the time we walked in until we left out everyone was very kind. It made the experience that can sometimes be nerve racking a little easier, Thank you Denise. Having Denise as my salesperson made my decisions easy. She took her time with me and was understanding, relatable, and even reachable on her day off. She didn’t waste my time and was very efficient with her own time. End the end I was able to leave with a hug, a smile and my brand new car. Thank you again Denise!

By far the best car buying experience ever.

By far the best car buying experience ever. Absolutely zero pressure and we felt like we were apart of the family. Martene is also very outgoing and super friendly!

I would like to thank Mr. Demario Street at Checkered Flag Hyundai for his excellent support and taking care of all of my inquiries in a hurry. When I walked into the front door there was just a calming atmosphere about the place that you could just feel. Demario provided timely and helpful advice regarding the model of vehicle I was purchasing and he let me know all the important information regarding the vehicle including its features, trim level additions and capabilities. Demario was extremely attentive and he listened to all my concerns with a great deal of patience. He ensured that I received all the information regarding the payment and financing process and the time that it would take to get it all done. Extremely happy with both the dealership and Demario.

Extremely happy with both the dealership and Demario. Although it took a while for the vehicle to arrive from factory, Demario was very good about keeping me updated as to progress and the final transaction was smooth and pleasant. I love that I was not pressured to buy additional products and services and that Demario was so thorough in showing me the features of my new vehicle.
