I used to HATE buying cars. This is the first time I really ever enjoyed it! And I will do it again. If you want integrity and patience in buying a car, you have to try the Checkered Flag experience!

Watch the sales personal, some do not know the vehicles and will tell you it has features that it does not.

Confirm vechicle is equipped with what you were sold. Bluelink auto start is one They tell you it has and then it doesn't. Sales person wanted me to pay at friends garage to have installed , which would void any warrenty on the car. This is wrong.

Best Sales Experience Ever!

My car buying experience with Checkered Flag great. The Upfront Pricing is great, but what made the whole process easy and even enjoyable was my salesman, Geoff. He is super friendly, honest and very knowledgeable. I can't say enough about him. I would recommend Geoff to all my family and friends and to anyone else for that matter! I would definitely buy from him again!

Best Car Buying Experience Ever!!

Having been a Nissan driver for > 6 years, I was skeptical of how another vehicle would feel. The staff at Nissan of Chesapeake put more than a sour taste in my mouth, and I'll never go back. Walking into Checkered Flag Hyundai was a complete 180'. The salesmen were very personable and not pushy, and they asked questions to see what our needs were. Offers were made up front that we did not have to haggle over - that alone amazed me! Everyone who works there was so happy, even the service department. It still surprises me when I go back, and at the same time I am so impressed! I feel blessed to have purchased my vehicle from these folks and I look forward to each return visit. Thank you all so much!!

A breath of fresh air!

My Checkered Flag experience was a breath of fresh air. Geoff was very professional, friendly, sincere, and knowledgeable. The process was customer-friendly with no haggling and no pressure. Courtney Lopez was also a pleasure to work with. She was professional, personable, and patient.

The Best

I had the best buying experience at Checkered Flag. KP's customer service was excellent. I called the dealership to let him know I was on my way and he had the vehicle waiting in the colors I requested. He was not pushy and answered all of my questions. Everyone there made me feel comfortable and confident in my vehicle purchase. My day started off bad with other dealerships and I was ready to give up, but KP and Checkered Flag changed my mind and made me a returning customer. Thank you so much!!!!!
