A average dealership

This dealership reminds me of fool's gold. When I first arrived everything seemed good. I was allowed a demonstration for 24 hrs on the vehicle that I wanted. I came back the next day to lease the vehicle, only to find out that the vehicle i had been driving WAS ALREADY SOLD. it was the last match for the vehicle i wanted. So they found a similar vehicle with less features to offer instead. The monthly price would only change by 10 dollars the loss didn't seem worth it to me but that was all they offered. (They didn't care to mention that the 2018 sonata was released and I could get that instead with the same features and similar pricing). So instead since they only valued me as a number(sale) they put me in this 2017 sonata with less features than I wanted and sent me on my way. Also the usb port on my car doesn't work. But it gets worse so on the second day after selling and downgrading my future car, I agree to buy it. And it's not even ready to be sold so I have to get a temporary vehicle and come back the next day. Now it's 3 days trying to buy one car. I also live about 45 miles away so YEA thanks a lot for wasting my time. I get there on the 3rd day they have the vehicle ready when I get there. I sign the final paperwork and leave. But it DOESN'T END THERE, they said I would get a new sticker for my licence plate since mine was going to expire, I PAID for it. I left not realizing that they didn't give it to me in my stack of papers nor my registration. After a few days of looking for my registration thought that they forgot to give it to me. I called and they said they did, so I looked for another week. I still could not find it. So I called again, and they finally realized that they didn't and that my registration and stickers were sitting on someone's desk. This just shows that you can't buy good customer service. So on Monday I asked them to mail it to me, Thursday rolls around and I call, the REGISTRATION AND STICKERS ARE STILL SITTING ON THE DESK! SO ONCE AGAIN I HAVE TO DRIVE BACK TO THE DEALERSHIP, ANOTHER 45 MILES ONE WAY BECAUSE OF THERE MISTAKE. They did fill my tank, but that isn't enough to undo the experience. I'm not happy with the experience, nor the product or the dealership. This may very well be the last Hyundai I buy and it's definitely the last time I buy from THAT dealership.

Great dealership and staff

Overwhelming satisfied! Estatic! Salespeople second to none. Greatly appreciated all the time taken to educate me on the various programs available. I always felt completely comfortable visiting the dealership whether purchasing a vehicle or not.

Third time Hyundai buyer

This was my third time buying a new Hyundai. I had a great experience with buying and maintaining my previous vehicles at Checkered Flag, and found them to be a good value and reliable over the years. When the time was right, I traded in my '11 for a '17 Santa Fe Sport. The dealership is first class all the way around, and I highly recommend to all my friends and family.

Aali was amazing!

Aali gave us a Hassle-free experience that no other dealership can offer! We jump from dealership to dealership and they all turned us down. But aali and her team somehow made it work out and got us in a brand new suv. Thank you very much Checkered Flag. We are looking forward to do business in the future!

bought our second sonata at this dealership

We felt we got a god price and accommodating service people. We own a 2013 Sonata and came back for a 2017. Finance people were out and we had to wait a little too long, but we had the time.

Will buy again

We were never rushed. Looked at several vehicles had to leave and come back more than once but never once felt pressured or rushed! Adam was so patient, friendly from the time we showed up to the time we drove off the lot! Awesome experience!

Highly pleased

I came to checkered flag to turn in my leased vehicle. I had the pleasure of working with Adam. He helped me find exactly what I was in search of. He even had the car I wanted transferred from another dealer !! He had me in my new car and out of the dealership swiftly and efficiently!! This was probably the most pleasant car shopping experience I've had!!

My Third and Last Genesis from Checkered Flag

The process to purchase a vehicle, even when check for full price is in hand is too long, too much paperwork and interaction with too many people for what could be a very simple and efficient process. Purchasing a new vehicle should be an exciting and cheerful experience and not an anxiety producing, oft contentious or uneasy experience.
