Awesome staff and painless buying process!

Awesome staff and painless buying process! If Justin and I didn't talk so much I would have been out of the office in no time. I have to say Melissa was the best, going the extra mile to show me the vehicle through video call in the snow! I live an hour and a half away so that was MUCH APPRECIATED! Be seeing you guys in about a year for my wife's turn. Take care

Vehicle price was $15,387.

Vehicle price was $15,387.00. When I got the bill of sale was $15798.00. Was told shipping was $1.00 per mile. Bill of sale was over $2.00 per mile. So there were some trust issues. Otherwise the experience went well. It only took about an hour to complete the transaction. Which was good because I live 4 hours from the dealership.

BUYERS BEWARE

BUYERS BEWARE!!! DO NOT BUY HERE!!!!Crooks!!! Our personal experience was horrible. Purchase a vehicle for $29k for it to break down 50 miles off of the lot. Russ' favorite catch phrase instead of making it right was, "Well ma'am you bought it as is and that's why we sell extended warranties". They do not have technicians that are equipped to work on imports. They only run diagnostics on it before they sell. Our vehicle didn't even make it 2 hours!!!! Do yourself a favor buy from a lot that has qualified service techs and likes to make their business right. This is not that place.

*edited review* My buying experience was off to a rocky start. The owner reached out to me with my problems and concerns and communicated with me well. It's not very often an owner will reach out to you and to me that was impressive. I would like to say they did their best to make the situation right and for that I am very thankful for.

I will be brutally honest here.

I will be brutally honest here. This is a small used car dealership. I did have extreme reservations about using them and getting in touch. Don't hesitate like I did. You are safe from heavy sales pressure. Danielle answered my questions, did not engage in any sales process mind-games and did not try to use sales tactics to prevent me from leaving their premises. I had a test drive of the vehicle I was interested in and told them I would get back to them. I recommend them to anyone. It is a safe space to seek a used vehicle.
