Even the detailers filled me in on auto care! After showing me reviews, values and expected future book values, I could not say no! I have been looking at a couple of cars on the website. Today I received an email with the following info: "i received this email message. I do not find any of this info on your site. 12/1/22, 3:43 PM in YALCARS is extending the Black Friday Sale! GET UP TO 45 % OFF J.D. Power Value on 103 selected units! I used the chat and text feature. Someone responded and I asked where the 103 selected units can be found, as I did not find any discounted vehicles. No response. I thought was a valid question, but I'm guessing its more bait and switch. I also notice that I cannot send in a review unless I rate people listed in your management/sales dept. Ok, here you go. One person identified themselves. Here's your rating.
