Two trips, five hours, and very much not satisfied. Don't shop here. Worst experience buying a car i ever had

They didnt know how to put the car in two peoples names even if only one person was taking out the loan. The worker was single task. She couldnt do but one thing at the time. It took forever to get the paperwork even after we paid off the loan in less than three days. We could bave gotten a lower interest rate nut they only check the carmax rate. There was a crack in the vinyl and it took weeks to get them to acknowledge our concern

Hurry up and wait if you purchase a car at carmax wait to see a sales person, wait to look at a car, wait to do a mountain of paperwork, wait to go get a loan, wait to get your car ready for delivery and then have the cars transmission go out on the first day and start the long buyback all over again.
