No no no they will fool you

Went there once last week , trying to buy a car. Bad experience ever. I don’t remember the guy s name but he try to fool me.

Best place to buy a car!

Everything was great, from the customer service, to wait times, to selection, and everything in between. Easy to talk to, easy process, great people. Ill be back!

Dishonest, poor customer Service

Dishonest dealer. They add tire and wheel warranty and gap insurance into your contract without discussing it. 1600.00 dollars. They said they would cancel and refund the money. Haven’t seen a penny. They won’t let you talk to anyone in charge. Had to contact the Massachusetts Attorney General. Don’t buy here!!

5 Stars!

Went in after seeing a Wrangler i wanted online, found the staff to be courteous and knowledgeable. After shopping around for a few days i found this to be the best deal. Overall very happy with my car and the dealership.

Fake listings and terrible customer service

I went in a month ago to see a car that was not there. They told me they just sold it and that they have no control over how long the car is listed. A month later that car is still listed for sale. Also, the salesman didn’t put any effort into the conversation at all. He just showed me a list of vehicles and asked which one I wanted to see. I walked out immediately.

Fake listing

They have fake listing to bring customers in drove almost 40 minutes to see a couple Cars that they had listed on cars.com and when i got there they had some of them on the lot but The price was 5k dollars more then what they had advertised on cars.com (“ they told me they sold all the ones advertised “) i was vary confuse they have a nice dealership and nice salesman i don’t see the need for that things lime this will disappoint a lot of potential customers :/

Straight liars

Contacted multiple times to confirm car was available. Drove over an hour to to be presented with a list of 20 cars that had been"sold" this week on a lot with only 5 of the model of vehicle I was looking for. Look on the website a week later and the listing is still there for a car that no longer exists. Don't waste your time.

Terrible Experience DO NOT COME HERE

After my terrible experience or being lied to on the phone multiple times by sales reps and told that the car was there when it was sold almost 2 days ago, I wasted an entire day driving from Boston to Peabody to be told the car had been sold, after I explicitly had asked them if the car was available multiple times. Please don't waste your time and energy going to this place, better off paying more money for a car closer to home.

Very Happy

My search for a jeep brought me to Auto Factory in Peabody and im glad it did, service was exceptional, the car was exactly as advertised and you cant beat the price. If your in the market, check em out.

Worst dealer

Sold me a junk car for 12,000 and I ended up having to put in $3,000 plus into repair 2 months later car only had 80,000 miles

We do not have any records of selling any vehicles to a Josh, never mind the fact that any vehicle sold by our dealership with the mileage you stated it has would have a 60 day warranty on it, which would mean that our dealership would have been responsible for the repairs you are claiming. We respect every customers opinion, but we dont believe this review to be from an actual customer.
