EXCELLENT SERVICE!

Bait & Switch after a deal was agreed

In spite of the many lies and attempts to defraud me in the course of the negotiations, I ultimately purchased a Kia Soul from this dealership. My sales guy (Dennis) seemed honest, but everyone else lied to me repeatedly. Had I not done my homework and been watching closely, though the dealership would have swindled me out of thousands of dollars. Details below: - AFTER a deal had been agreed with my sales representative and approved by the sales manager for a specific certified pre-owned car (CPO), the Manager THEN said they couldn't CPO the car at the current price. I stood my ground and ultimately they agreed to CPO the car at the agreed price. - AFTER I had confirmed via phone the car was still available, I made the hour-long drive to the dealership and was told by the Sales Manager at the car had been sold the night before, but I could look at other cars. I pressed further and found out the car had NOT actually been sold, but was being negotiated with another customer who also needed financing from the dealership (I was paying cash so the dealership couldn't make money on finance charges with me.) - AFTER the two items above had been handled, I sat down to sign the contract and was told by the Finance Manager (Wadell White) the Trade In Value agreed days before could not be honored. Again, I pressed, got very vocal in the dealership and the ALM Kia Finance Manager backed down. I ended up getting a fair price for a reasonably good car and I believe the sales guy I worked with was honest and wanted to do a fair deal. That said, the lies and attempts to bait and switch me by the *dealership Management* are unacceptable. The advertised prices are reasonably good at this dealership, but the dealership managers will do all they can not to honor what they've advertised. Needless to say, I won't be back and encourage you to look elsewhere for your car purchase.

should left this car right there!!!

I live in Tallahassee and I brought a car from them because I was told they was a good car but the car I got wasn't so good I guess when I arrived home the car was making a vert loud ticking noise I called my salesman and also sent him a video. he stated I need to check the oil I got the oil check and it was no oil in the car so I had to take the car to get a oil change only to find out the car needed brake fluid and also the engine air filter was extremely dirty and needed to be changed I feel for 25,855.50 the car should of at least had oil in it and had the filter changed before selling it to someone. I had to pay 200.00 to get an oil change and also get the engine air filter changed. this was so unfair.

Excellent customer service

This had to be the easiest way to buy a car. I bought on the internet, it was so easy, my salesman (Kadarious Peoples) held my hand the whole way, and worked tirelessly to get me the best deal and the max for my trade in. Over all it has been a wonderful experience, and I would not hesitate to buy this way again. Thank you ALM!

Wonderful experience over the weekend!!! My husband and I went car searching for a car big enough for our growing family. Patrick got us in and out in a timely manner & answered any and all questions we had regarding the car and all safety features!

Kadarius was AWESOME

Kadarius was AWESOME. From the time that I walked into the dealership, he was very professional and knowledgeable of what I was looking for. I had made several attempts to call the dealership to get with a representative but I never received a callback but after talking with him, I knew that I wanted to do business with him. Keep up the good work because you have a great future ahead of you. I will be dealing with him in years to come and also referring others to him.

The finance team never ran the card for the down payment...

The finance team never ran the card for the down payment even though he took the card. Took 2 months to get tag. Very frustrating.

Had a great experience

I went to ALM Kia South looking for a particular vehicle. While there I worked with Emmanuel and Rachel on working though things to get me the car I wanted. We found a meeting place between what I needed and and could afford and I got the car I wanted for a good price. It was especially nice that the pricing on the cars I viewed were at or below KKB value so you didn't feel like you had to go through a huge process to get the best price.
