I recommend ALM Kia South

I had a wonderful experience from sales rep Shaq and from the service department manager Tim. Everyone knows that a car purchase can be one of the most stressful decisions one can make. Shaq was professional, thorough and kind from the moment of introduction. I went in knowing exactly what I wanted and I felt blessed that AlM Kia South on Jonesboro Rd had my Ford Edge at their location. When we discovered an issue with my sunroom during my test drive, Shaq advised me that repairs would be no problem. On our return back to the dealership he introduced me to the service manager Tim who also assured me that they would pinpoint the issue and get it squared away with care. Once the car was in the hands of the Service Dept, my sales rep Shaq kept me informed of the progress and personally contacted me even before the service team could to let me know my car was ready for pick up! Shaq even stayed pass his work hours so he could personally make sure I was taken car of. I truly recommend this team to anyone!

Oil change

She was great, she asked me was I satisfied,and is it anything else she could do for me. She suggested tires because I need them

Awesome Service!!

Because of the outstanding customer service that I received with my new car, I decided to bring my older car in for service and new tires. Once again, everyone on the service team is awesome. From the time I pull into the service bay to the payment center, the customer service is great.

Good service for your Car

This service was a blessing for because my car needed these repairs right of way. My oil was leaking and smoke was coming threw the vent in my car; it was a gasket leak and it was fix within a few hours and save me a lot of money . So lm glad they were able to fix the problem in a timely manner

Ralph Clark and Jawon were awesome with negotiations and setting my car up. 10/10 recommend. Mr. Waddell was honest and answered any questions I had. All were friendly and helped me find the perfect car for me.

Benjamin Rieves(Salesmen), And Jawon Shaw(Delivery Specialist) Theses gentleman helped me through a rough time. I was in a horrible wreck right after starting a new job. They helped me get another car like the one I had but upgraded. I feel truly blessed.

Putting the customer first.

Because I purchased my new Kia from ALM South, and because they are the closest service center to my job, I decided to bring my Kia in for service. I went online to schedule my appointment and was very surprised at how easy it was to complete that process. I arrived at the dealership at 7:00 am, and when I turned my car off and opened the door, the service agent was there waiting on me. He wrote down my service request and asked if I was going to wait, or come back. I told him I needed a shuttle to my job, and he kindly showed me to the waiting area and said the agent would come get me in about 5 minutes. The shuttle driver came as promised and got me to my workplace on time. Later in the day, I received a call from Henry who introduced himself as my Service Advisor and went over my work request and said that my car was being completed and that he would call me back once all the work was done. As promised, Henry called back, went over work order and told me that my vehicle was ready and everything was covered by my warranty. Once I arrived, the young lady at payment area, called Henry to let him know that I was there. Once I signed the work order, Henry walked me out to the Bay Area where my car was parked, confirmed that everything was done, shook my hand and thanked me for my business. WOW!! About a month later I had to bring my Kia back in for it’s 7500 mile service. I went online, once again, and scheduled my appointment. I was sure that my first experience wasn’t going to be repeated, but I was wrong. Again, the service associates provided excellent customer service, and Henry once again made sure that I was satisfied with the work that was done. This service department is the best all around, so much so that I brought my older Kia (2014-Optima) here for service and new tires. Even though this location isn’t close to my home (just my job) I will make the drive to ALM Kia to have my cars serviced. Please pass along my gratitude to the service associates!!
