Location is great, open on Sundays. Rashaun and Mr. Wright was awesome. Jada assist me but she seemed overwhelmed and annoyed. Overall service was okay

All people were extremely friendly and helpful. Everyone was well kept and working hard. Although we were there for a few hours to get everything taken care of it wasn’t miserable!

Too much to type however Tina called me about the survey and I told her what happened to spoke to the manager and called me back saying the manager offered me 30 dollars for gas for my inconvenience. When I called back two later they tell me it was only towards service on my next visit. How could that be when I said the service I received made me feel I would never come back I would take my business to another location. Every since you moved to this new location the service has been horrible and your word seems to mean nothing to your paying customers. I ask the lady to have Tina call me and that was 2 weeks ago and I have not received one call.

Damaged my vehicle. Had it for a week and 3 days to do recall work and did not put me in a loaner until they damaged my vehicle. Very bad customer care.

The agent was very professional and friendly.She kept me informed about what was going on with my car. I will refer all family and friend to ask for her

Steven Friday was my salesman and he did an excellent job in getting me everything I needed and more he was patient and cordial and I enjoyed purchasing the car with him. Jawon Shaw the delivery specialist went over the featured of my car he was precise and knowledgeable and he said if I had any questions I could call him he even gave me a card and I will be using it if I have any questions.

My overall experience with Atlanta Luxury Motors was absolutely great! I worked with Ralph, Tyon, and Jawon. I will most definitely recommend ALM Union City.
