This is a new Cadillac Escalade.

This is a new Cadillac Escalade. I have taken it 2 times for service for the oil changes. both times i have had to return to the dealer because they did Not do the service correctly. The first time they invoiced me for topping off the DEF fluid since it is a diesel. And they forgot to add the Def fluid. In that same visit I took the car in because of a check engine light and when they told me to pick up the car because it was ready. The check engine light was still on. The second time I took the car in for service and some warranty issues. They called me that the car was ready. When I check the service invoice. They did Not do the oil change. So i came back the next day to pick up the car. Again, they did not top off the Def fluid at service. My experience with Service at Williamson Cadillac has been non other than Awful. I do not recommend this dealer to anyone.

Williamson is the best Cadillac dealer, it has the best

Williamson is the best Cadillac dealer, it has the best service professionals, the best salespeople, and the best receptionists, and for what and even for changing the oil and washing the car, Williamson is worth it. For me, there is no other dealer. I just bought an all-electric Cadillac, it is beautiful, gorgeous, and I love it, and the service from Cadillac and especially from Celida, my saleswoman, is magnificent, incredibly good, and incredibly irreplaceable.
