The people at My Certified treated my with respect and did not try to up-sell anything to me. Even though I was shopping for a cheap car, they treated me the same way a person coming to buy a brand new car might be treated.

Brad worked with us providing valuable information and insight into what makes and models might best meet our needs. Took plenty of time, allowing us to test drive several cars. His input made all the difference in our final purchase decision which was at another dealer. But if he would have had the right car for us we would have closed the deal then and there!
