Oops I hit a nasty curb!
After hitting my tire on a nasty curb I called the service department and explained what had happened. They told me to come on over. Everyone in the service department was super professional and helpful. The video sent to my phone accessing the situation was a great way to share details with my husband.

Excellent maintenance service. The locate is very good for me coming from Amelia Island Fernandina Beach. They have a spotless facility and showroom and clean customer service waiting area.

Be very careful. Deceptive tactics.
They will wear you down, keep you there all day. And once you’re done and about to sign the paperwork finance manager will present you with completed paperwork including aftermarket warranties and $900 special detail/window tint treatment that you never asked for. Shady tactics. Won’t shop for another car there, again. To note, my salesman was Antoine, he was nice & helpful. Dealership practices have something else to be desired.

Very pleasant buying experience
Needed to replace my totaled Jaguar & decided on a beautiful black Mercedes GLK 350. Maria welcomed us perfectly. Good service.
Service rep Alex was knowledgeable and very helpful. Sound was coming from passenger side front tire and technician Mike did test drive with me and figured out that the noise is due to split tire.

Issue NOT resolved. Promised loaner car was NOT available.
Poorly working $2800 Navigation System. This was the third attempt by technicians to rectify the issues. Was promised a loaner car to use for the day but one was not available when I was there. Technician did attempt to address the problem with minimal success. One time I was told to just use my phone an it would work well if I was willing to use the internet. This is not a solution for a less than adequate Expensive Navigation System. VERY DISAPPOINTED
