Point of contact was excellent.
Point of contact was excellent. But the wait time was ridiculous. Shouldn’t have to wait nearly two hours for a simple oil change. Only reason I will continue servicing my vehicle is because I’m under my entitled free oil changes with the dealership. Time of service needs to speed up when I make appointments way ahead of time.

Gage was very professional and friendly, but my
Gage was very professional and friendly, but my experience at Beaver Chevrolet wasn’t good at all. I took my truck over there because the forward collision light came on and would not turn off. After 2 weeks they called me and told me my truck was ready for pick up, but when I went to pick it up the light was still On. I had to leave my truck for 1 more week. Sincerely, I think there was a lack of communication. Also I had to wait 3 weeks for my truck when the repairs took only few hours. I would not come back to this dealer.
