I wanted to take a moment to thank you all for the outstanding service I received while purchasing my new 2026 Chevy Traverse. After recently losing my 2022 Chevy Blazer in an accident, this could have been a very stressful experience—but Jamie Moore’s compassion made all the difference. Jamie took his time with me, listened to my needs, and guided me through the process with patience and genuine care. His kindness and understanding helped turn a difficult situation into a positive and uplifting experience. I also want to recognize Eli, the finance manager, for the time he took to clearly explain every detail of the financing process. His professionalism, patience, and willingness to answer all my questions made me feel confident and at ease with my decision. Phil Taylor in Finance also made everything much less stressful and the process was incredibly easy. I would also like to give a quick shout out to Evan Shade as he has taken great care of both my husband and I over the past several years and help in the days leading up to our purchase. You all are truly the reason we continue to keep coming back to the Beaver team for all of our Automotive needs. Came to Beaver Chevrolet in December looking for a car to get me through the next 6 months to a year as I am leaving the country. I told my sales associate MJ multiple times that my number one priority was making sure I could get out of the payments when it came time for me to leave. He assured me on multiple occasions that this would not be an issue, and that when I was ready to sell the car I could come back to Beaver Chevrolet and it won't be a problem. Well I came back in July with the car in the exact same condition I purchased it in and less than 2k miles added. They offered me less than half the value of my car, the loan can not be reassigned, and the KBB value is $4,000 less than what I have left to pay off. MJ was my sales associate and he lied to my face in order to make a sale. I wouldn't recommend coming here for a used vehicle.
