One of the most pleasant vehicle shopping experience I’ve ever had. The salesman MJ and manager Chris were both amazing.

Chris Wheeler and Chris Durand were awesome and so helpful with my car buying experience. This is my second time coming to Beaver Chevy and Chris Wheeler was the first person I called when it was time to get a new vehicle. As long as either of these two are here, Beaver will always have my business! Three days after having my vehicle there was a nail in my tire and they took care of it the next day!

Flawless experience, in and out less than an hour, first sheet of numbers were exactly what I wanted!

Very dishonest, they misrepresented financing options stating that 2% apr was available for used suburbans, which after discussing with management was never an actual promotion at any point. Once a deal was reached they changed the price of the car by over $1500 after agreeing to it in writing. The second sales person was more honest than the first but refused to allow a walk around to note the needed repairs before finalizing the sale. Once I got the paint repaired, the color did not match. The service coordinator Candy said she noticed the paint is off, but that was not the part that was repaired. I had to provide photographs showing the car the day we bought it with damage to the panel and the paint matching the rest of the body. It was only after showing the photos that they admitted to mismatching the paint and correcting it. I found it incredible that the coordinator didn’t now what they had serviced. There were also still scratches that needed to be repaired, which were not on the original paperwork due to being refused the walk around.

Big Will helped me out big time! Once I picked out the vehicle that I wanted, the process was quick and easy. Beaver Chevrolet is a great place to do business. I Highly Recommend it!

The diagnosis is taking so long, in the next few days I will make the payment for my new truck and it is still in service, I already have my license plate and not the truck. They gave me a loaner car, but I'm sad that I can't drive my car.
